-no concrete tips, a lot of just useless generic text... -inconsistent -a lot of short and repeating chapters core messages could fit in a 20 page book...

As a product lead, my one goal was to get better at coaching and influencing the organizations I work with. I own this book in Audiobook and physical copy simply because Marty has shared some deep insights of his 40 years journey in product. Not only has this and Inspired (his other book) changed the way I see organizations, its also changed the way I look for work and organizations to work with. Its the life changing book. I have got CIOs and CTOs to read this one to help make them understand the pitfalls of where they are in the feature factory or delivery team world.
