I like the portion size but am surprised how much grim it comes out. So, I been taught to always wipe down stainless steel utensils with olive oil before wash them in soap. Never understood but did faithfully. But I finally understood why through this product. It has lots of grime that does not easily wash away by dish soap. Imagine you are putting oil based dressings, all the unwashed grimes will be mixed with your tasty salad dressing or any dried fruits(yuck!) Top paper towel is first wipe, it's covered with black things if you can't see it clear.

I use these mainly for packing salad dressing in my lunch bag. Anyone that does this knows the oily feel and distinct smell of getting salad dressing all over everything in their lunch bag. I have been on the lookout for a small, truly leak proof container for a while, and this is it. This is the perfect size, although if you plan on using this for anything besides salad dressing you may be disappointed at how small it is. These can go in the dishwasher - I put the lid in the silverware basket so it doesn't get dropped to the bottom. And because there are 4 in this pack, it is okay that I only run the dishwasher every 2-3 days. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small leak proof container for packing salad dressing.

I love that these containers are of stainless steel as it keeps cold sauces cold. The silicone cap is nice but my 6 year old seems to have trouble recapping the lid..so we always end up in a mess with the ranch or whatever sauce I pack. Sometimes I have trouble putting it back on too, which I know is probably a user error. I really do like these, but I think I’ll have to look for another set that isn’t hard for my daughter to use.

I bought this for my wife’s bento. I wanted a small cup for peanut butter or hummus that would fit inside the bento or at least fit in her lunchbox without taking up a lot of space. It’s perfect for a serving size of either. The lids work well. I would recommend cleaning with vegetable oil first like mentioned in another review. I tried it and a lot of gunk came off. Very happy with my purchase.

These little beauties are perfect for my intended use! Will preface the rest by saying: I am using them for a mix of electrolyte powders, NOT liquid nor condiments, so I can’t attest to the seal for dressings and such jostling in a lunchbox in a backpack all day. Would definitely be perfect for at home use as reusable condiment cups.I washed containers and lids in the special teeny rack of my dishwasher (above top rack for things like chopsticks) and they came through great, no damage, no rust, lids fit like they did when delivered. The lids are very soft and flexible silicone, so does not disturb dry powder contents when closed or removed. The lids seem to hold up well to stacking with the light powders inside them, but the stack is a little jiggly when moved because of the softness of the silicone lids.I am so delighted, I am immediately ordering a second set so I have enough for each day of the week. We will see how the stainless steel holds up to the powders long term, and if there is rust, corrosion, or discoloration, but so far I love them.
