Made 8 year old faded trim look closer to new than anything I used before.
Excellent product! One thing to remember, Do NOT use in the sun, not even dapple shade, wait till the sun is low on the horizon or on the other side of your house so you're in 100% shade and on the cool side.My mistake was trying to use it in the shade of a tree, gave up half way through. The first applicator turned hard as a rock in no time.I went back after the sun was lower in the sky and the truck was in complete shade. I snipped a piece of Micro fiber towel off and used (that along with gloves) too get to the right areas. Worked out much better. The trim has a nice dark look to it now. Will check back after some time to see how it lasts.

Awful
We only use Chemical Guys products and this is the first one we have ever been disappointed with. It did not apply evenly or allow you to buff it to an even coat. We used on a truck that had A LOT of trim and it applied horribly. We ended up having to reach out to chemical guys to find out how to take the product off. Stick with the regular c9 coating it works for trim. Thankfully the detail ended well, but at first it was a striped disaster.

No good...almost destroyed my brand new trim pieces on a new car
Product is definitely not worth the cost and effort to apply. Possibly I had an old bottle because there was a lot of product already hardened under the opaque plastic cone cap that seals the bottle. Applied the product in the shade and it was hardening as I applied it. Didn't even have time to evenly coat the plastic trim that was prepared (washed, IPA, and masked) meticulously. Larger thick coats would form and could be scratched off after the 20 minute drying time leaving ugly discolored scratches on the new trim pieces. Ended up trying to remove the c9 coating ,which was PITA! As a side note this stuff smells the same as the Tamiya model glue...

Beware!!
Avoid at all cost! Instead of renewing my trim, it locked in the faded discoloration and prevents other short term trim rejuvenators from working. This stuff ruined my trim, even when meticulously following the provided instructions.

It has been a little over a month and the trim on my motorcycle is still looking new. Make sure to prep the trim prior to application to avoid covering your faded trim. My bike gets beat in the sun 5 days a week for about 6-7 hours. Saves me from applying trim gel every weekend.

Great for new car trim
I applied the C9 Trim to a new car and it has kept the black from fading. I don't think this a trim "restorer." It does a great job keeping new plastic black though.
