Quality Mansfield Flush Valve; No Plumber Needed
My toilet was phantom flushing for weeks, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I replaced the seal several times, but nothing. Then I decided to replace the entire flush valve. This genuine Mansfield part fixed the problem instantly! Sometimes generic is fine, but in this case, I'm glad I spent the extra few dollars for the quality name brand. Even better... I didn't have to waste money on an expensive plumber! It was so easy to replace myself, I can't recommend this product enough!

Mansfield flush valve
Perfect replacement. Great quality. Toilet works like brand new now. Not a difficult task to do. Takes around 30 minutes to replace.

Worked for awhile
It was a good fix when I finally got it to work, it wouldn't suction right until i pushed down really hard on it, then it was sealed and working. Fast forward 8 months, and she started doing the same thing, didn't try to fix it again as I wanted a taller toilet anyways. Overall, seemed to have some kind of issue with leaking, but might have been a toilet's issue or the valves fault, not really sure.
