Great jock strap without a cup pocket-those don’t fit well for good support.

Following my vasectomy, everyone recommended compression shorts or a jock strap Trying to save some dignity I wasted time and money with a few pairs of compression shorts, as i figured i'd wear them for running or something down the road DONT WASTE your time and DONT suffer you need to get a FORMAL jock strap, this worked so perfectly i bought two!! let me say it again IF YOU'RE GETTING A VASECTOMY, GET THIS JOCK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH COMPRESSION SHORTS, they wont provide enough support. This ran true to size. I wear a 34'' waist paint, and typically wear size large boxer briefs, so i ordered a medium. It was on the snug side WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. My hope is this review comes up when you search vasectomy, so I'll say it again. GET THIS JOCK FOR A VASECTOMY. (i literally have nothing to gain from writing this, i just wish someone would have shouted it at me)

Like one of the previous reviewers wrote; great for after vasectomy use. Heck, even after a vas reversal. I’ve been under the knife three times now. This supporter works quite well. I ordered a size medium 32-34 and wish I had bought the large. The waist band seemed extra tight although my waist measures 33”. Sorry but the pics are for the wife only!

Med. sz. was too tight unlike the old gym jock straps I remembered. Good strong elastic around the waist. Too tight so I cut and adjusted the waist band, problem solved!

The front fabric width part is a lot wider on this style (without cup pocket) than a normal shock doctor with a cup pocket. Just something I didn’t expect.
