Works but not for long swims
Works for half an hour then you need to re apply it in the middle of your swim.. Wish it could last at least 1 full session of a 1.5 hours swim.. Finished one bottle in just 25 days..

Works very well for swimming goggles
I had this shipped internationally and while the delivery time was longer than expected, I received what I ordered in a reasonable time. This product keeps my swim goggles relatively fog-free while I swim and I would buy it again from this seller.

I've got a good experience with it. My googles were perfectly fine for 3km.

I wanted to try some anti-fog spray for a while. I tried some years ago and was disappointed. These work for me. One spray uses way more than I need, so I've been dividing the one spray into each goggle. (I would have preferred a drop bottle like visine or contact lens solution bottles.) I rub it around for a few seconds, then at the pool I rinse it well. I have found I can rinse it for up to 30 seconds (in pool water) and it works well with little or no sting. I have not yet tried it for more than 45 minutes, but the fact that it's kept my older fuzzy goggles clear thus far has been worth it. If I was doing a long set I will keep the spray and a dry towel nearby to reapply if necessary. But so far I've not been in the pool that long. If you rinse a few seconds be prepared to stop in the first few laps to give them another rinse, because they will sting if it's still too concentrated. The last few years I've been using some Eyeline bug-eye style prescription goggles. They are off the shelf and run around $20 a set. However they are hard to find and I have to buy two pairs to get the right prescription. As great as the goggles are I've found that within a month the anti-fog is useless. I use the spit technique with a rinse, and sometimes that works for a few minutes, but more often than not it fails. Needing prescription goggles I'm paranoid about being able to see clearly. As a former competitive swimmer and open water swimmer, it's vital to see what's going on! I've never understood how even top racers have multicolor goggles. I've tried every goggle known to man and it's insane that someone would want to train or race in green or red or even dual color goggles! Some of my competitors looked like they were watching a 3D movie! It obviously worked for them. But for me, I need to see clear. They spry has also have worked on my cheap mountain biking glasses and has increased usage time dramatically. Not only has it stopped basic fogging up, if I sweat onto the lens it seems to help clear it a bit and I can still keep the glasses on. Normally a couple drops of sweat dripping down, or a bit of humidity, and the glasses have to come off in minutes. I use cheap Lowe's Safety Glasses ($9.00) when. I want to get some really nice Rudy Project or Oakley glasses one day, which have great reviews and special coatings for the elements. However the sub $10 Lowe's glasses work fine and there I know that I will inevitably lose or step on them. They are somewhat disposable. No matter what though, with MTB, with dust and dirt, sweat, humidity, rain and sometimes mud, the glasses have to come off anywhere in from 10 min to 30 min in. Even if I had the fancier glasses I can't imagine they'd last a most full rides. But I still like to wear the glasses for as long as I can because it helps for less irritation on my contact lenes. Even 10 minutes to start is better than nothing. This spray seesm to double the usage time at least.

Good stuff. I used it on my swim goggle. But you should cleaned the goggle and dry it thoroughly the interior surface before spraying.
