Took it everyday for a little more than 6 months and it grew my hair like crazy. Had to stop to begin laser. 10/10

These pills are actually really good. I used to take biotin a long time ago, but I had to stop because it cost me to have acne for some reason these pills don’t break me out which is why I love them. I highly suggest trying them if you have taken biotin in the past, but had to stop because of the acne the best way I can describe it is like it’s a lower dose kind of like a slow release typing so my face doesn’t break out, but I’m still getting all the benefits like hair nails, all that good stuff

I used this product with another multi vitamin which also had biotin but a way lesser amount. I didn't notice any changes to my hair or nails. I will admit that I did't use it everyday. My hair is slowly becoming thinner and more frizzy and just losing a lot of hair everyday. The pills are small and easy to swallow. It's a pretty decent price.. I took a star off just because I didn't notice any chances and I'm not sure it worked at all.

After 10 days of taking one capsule daily, i've experienced no gnarly acne like the much higher, obsolete doses do to me--no ridiculously extra facial sebum either.
