The Jerky Bible: How to Dry, Cure, and Preserve Beef, Venison, Fish, and Fowl

My husband has been on a jerky making kick so I got him this book for Christmas and it has some really great recipes in it! I highly recommend this book.

Some great recipes great for a gift or just to make some jerky on a weekend good and easy to use step by step method 🙂

it would be helpful if weights in the recipes were provided in g/kg as well as pounds and ounces.Many of the ingredients are not readily available in Australia, so further research is needed to find suitable replacements.

I get great pleasure from being able to share this with friends and family.The recipes and step by step direction in this book allow anyone with basic equipment to produce delicious results that are healthy for your body AND spirit!I have upgraded my smoker and am getting ready to purchase another dehydrator. I have been fortunate enough to pass this passion on to my grandson. So this book and my old dehydrator will soon be his!
