Not the can in the photo
What I received was zinc phosphate primer, as described, but not the actual can in the photo. The green isn't quite as yellowish as the photo, but it's still a very yellow green. This is primer, so the color isn't so important. I used it on an aluminum deck and I thought the coverage was fine. When I took the lid off, the spray nozzle was loose inside. It was no problem to attach it and start spraying. Shipping was extremely fast and the box was well packed. Overall very pleased.

I think this is better than chromate.
Kinda expensive, shipping is slow, but it worked for what I needed.
