It does work the adhesive could be a little better or at least the covering that is placed over the adhesive could stay over it until going to use but it does work

The product itself seems durable but the roll I got was very twisted up. The adhesive is sticky enough but it may not hold as well around certain applications because of all the twists. I ended up not using it and went with black RTV silicone instead.

The adhesion of the tape is very poor. No amount of cleaning helped. I tried on several different sufaces just to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong, but in the end it just would not stick. It is possible that I received a bad batch but per my experience, I cannot recommend this product. I hope some improvement can be made to make the adhesion work as expected. The quality of the rubber seal seemed to be good, too bad it won’t stick.

This t-style trim is what's needed for the type of fender flares on a Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ. They were easy to install as long as the fender flare hardware is in good shape like mine was. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because some of the pictures show 3M adhesive, while the product I received didn't have any 3M logos on the tape, plus it was only moderately sticky at best, so I doubt it was 3M. Nevertheless, it was sticky enough to hold the trim in place during installation, and now it's held in place by being sandwiched between the fender flares and body. I washed the flares and body, then wiped the flares with rubbing alcohol before applying the trim.

wish the tape was of better quality but fit perfect on the roof of my nissan 350z a piller.

Bought this to go in between the flares and body on my truck...adhesive wouldn't stick at all.

For my application this seal is too small. Check your dimensions carefully before ordering. Also very difficult to install due to the narrow adhesive strip.
