Brightness
These are Very Good Value when I bought them, so I give them 4 Stars Overall. They are Bright & close up, look Very Bright. However, 10-20+ Feet in the distance in a Dark Place and the Light is not as Good as I hoped with the Lumen rating they give. But, they was Cheap & the Build quality is good. I compared it to an old Single Cateye Volt 800Lumen in my Dark Garden & my Cateye is Brighter & Better. These lights are good for in town and riding, but, if you want to ride very fast or in darker roads, I prefer something with a bit more brightness & light up ahead. It is hard to say how much Lumen these lights give out, but, they come very close to around 400 Lumen per LED in my view. So really only a 400 Lumen light and it compares similar to my Cateye 400 Lumen light. It maybe they are very bright close up, but, when we cycle we need the light brighter in the distance as well. I haven't tested the battery life yet. But, I assume it would be some good running times.

Excellent light
I mainly use my bike during the day, so wanted a light bright enough to let oncoming traffic know I'm there, especially in small country lanes. This light does that brilliantly (forgive the pun). Very bright, three settings, and easy to fix to the handlebars. It was a little heavier than I thought it might be, but it is extremely well constructed as a result of of that. Neat looking, great piece of kit, glad I bought it.

It's not 2400 lumens and not waterproof
It's not 2400 lumens and it's not waterproof. It's ok , definitely get what you pay for. It's bright enough to be seen but not bright enough to see. It's advertised as waterproof, but in the instructions it says it's splash proof which is obviously not waterproof

Great Front Light With Powerbank Built-In - Let Down A Little By The Rear Light
Very nice front light, let down a little by the rear light.I have found quite often the rear lights are not up to the same standard as the front, case in point, this one being plastic is not particularly bright in my opinion. It also uses a different type of charging cable (micro Usb) which seems odd. That said the rear light is still adequate to be seen and be safe. So a minor niggle. The fitting mechanism of both lights was simple and they hold solidly on the bike. The front light uses T6 led's with 3 separate lenses so it is exceptionally bright with a long throw. There are a number of flash/steady options I can chose from. I have also used it as a torch in the garage as it comes with a handy belt clip fitted, very useful.I must say the build quality of aluminium bodied front light is excellent, but it’s fairly heavy weighing in at 171 grams on its own,( rear light 22 grams). So not one for the weight weenies. Obviously that’s the penalty I guess for having a very handy power-bank built-in (see below).Anyway for me the weight is not an issue as I'm not using it on my road bike. I have it fitted to my tandem which I'm not particularly bothered about adding additional weight to.As mentioned I particularly like the built-in power bank, not only can I charge my phone but I always use a camera to record when I'm out on the road for my own protection and evidential purposes. One of the bugbears is the camera batteries running out. No problem now, I just have my cameras Usb lead with me and plug the camera into the light outlet when it states getting low, excellent. The set is apparently IPX5 waterproof so should be fine in the rain. The charge/ outlet points are housed at the bottom under a silicon seal. The on /off button flashes red when its chargingOne thing I wasn't so keen on is the front light uses a C connection as the charge input as opposed to the standard micro usb. This may be an issue if the cable ever fails, I wont be able to simply use another micro Usb I'll have to purchase another cable. Not a big deal but I don't understand the thinking there. All in all a very decent bright light set with the great addition of a built-in power bank. I can recommend with the reservations mentioned.
