Where do you get replacement plates

You can get any replacement blade that's 6 inches on Amazon and they will work...keep in mind blades slide in and screw tightens the blade down.

Can you use it on a cast iron griddle, preferably a Blackstone?

My Blackstone is cast iron and I use this. Not all the time but when it's thick. It is amazing and better than the normal scraper.
