Is it recommended to apply on throat

I use this product as a makeup remover. I apply it to face, eyes, neck area, and then wipe off. Inexpensive and a jar lasts a long time.

There is very little fragrance and that is a slight floral, which is very unoffensive.

My jar did not have a seal, is this how their being sold? Makes me wonder if it’s been tampered with?

I purchase mine locally, and they have never have a seal. Never had been watery or gloomy as some describe. I get mine at Walmart for 4.17 today, 3/23/2023. Beware they have changed the ingredients and the look of the picture.
