Expensive but it works
This is very expensive for what it is and the shipping was very expensive also. However, they seem to be the only game in town and it does work so I had to give them five stars.

Connector over heated!
Bought this for my v-tech phone. After a few delays in shipping, I finally received it. Hooked it upand the power unit overheated! I mean HOT! Also, didn't work. I disconnected it immediately. Triedon power strip, then wall plug. Still over heated. Put new battery in, still over heated! Not surewhat the issue is. So, I ordered a new phone. This is dangerous issue, and I felt it should be brought.to the shipper's attention.

I orderred the wrong thing so it is completel useless to me.
The transformer on one of my vtech phones wore out. I am admittedly not very knowledgeable about these things. I thought I had ordered the right thing. Now it appears I have an item I have no use for and I do not know how to return it. Even I only have myself to blame, it is still frustrating. If there is anyone reading this who can help me I would be very grateful.
