Caravan Canopy 10 X 10-Feet Classic Basic Canopy Kit, Blue

I am the organizer of large-scale events and art festivals in my city. I always tell our new vendors and artists that a canopy is one of those things that you should always purchase as high of quality as possible so you don't have to replace it over and over. Well, this is me, taking my own advice and purchasing what was one of the most expensive canopies I could afford, at $333 this was NOT an inexpensive item but the last Caravan canopy I owned lasted for 10 years with no problem until recently. My new Caravan canopy was fine for the first 2 weeks, but almost 2 weeks to the day the foot of one of the canopy legs literally broke off. This weekend we decided to Super Glue it back on again but the entire leg ended up getting Super Glued INSIDE of itself and it took 3 people to undo it so that we could extend the leg. This canopy has been a total nightmare since I received it. At this point I really wish I had gone with the $30 canopy - I probably would've gotten more use out of it.

sturdy caravan tent. Kinda heavy for one person to move around, but manageable. The gray roof cuts some light and doesn't tint the light for product display. breaks down easily. The extra size gives lots of room inside.

I've worked at farmers' markets for years and have had my eye on a sturdy Caravan tent for a long time. Finally, I bought this one and awaited it with eager anticipation . . . no more flimsy tents that I had to struggle to set up - no more blowing away in the wind - no more replacing cheap tents every year. And what happens? I get this horrible tent that won't stay up! The holes on the legs are drilled off-center so the pull pins will not go in. The frame is missing screws. There are rust spots all over the frame. WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL Caravan? How can you have sent out this piece of junk? However, in Caravan's defense I must say that I've seen hundreds of their tents that are just fine. Why I should get the only defective one must be karma. I will continue to look into Caravan tents, but probably not online. Next time, I plan on seeing it for myself before buying it - sales tax be d*mned!

The canopy top started to split and fray in 2 areas. Only used probably 10 times and only 8 months old! The Caravan Canopy Company said it was the plastic brackets that had caused it, but even though these are their design they refused to accept warranty. My last canopy was EZ-UP and that top lasted me 20 years without a problem. I am aware this is a less expensive but 8 months! Come on!

Frame is fine. Fabric top is strong, but began to yellow from the inside out within days while out in the sun.

Great Canopy. Well made. Only downside is that it is heavy.
