Liked it so much I bought 2.
Safe to use on electric coil stoves that can melt other pan bottoms making them very dangerous. Did accidentally over heat one pan a while ago. It did not melt or become dangerous. However, it warped and needed to be discarded. This is an OK result. I have learned that if you overheat any pan, turn off the stove and walk away until it is cooled down. NEVER grab it off the stove and attempt to run water on it!!!

Just the right size!
I love this pan. I use it at my daughter’s house to make breakfast for the grandkids. It’s not too big and it is a lot lighter than the Calphalon I have home of the same inches. I order one for me because I love using this pan. I saw on YouTube that you need to heat stainless steel pans a little bit before adding butter or oil. This will ensure nothing sticks to the pan. I do this now and my eggs never stick. I hate using nonstick pans because the eventually wear out and I have the suspicion people are ingesting the nonstick surface a little at a time .
