Works Good but Take Care!

The product itself is great, I have had no issues with quality or shipping.I started taking this supplement to manage PCOS and hirsutism. I have noticed improvements since taking this for about a month, however I have also noticed a ton of hair fallout on my scalp which is VERY abnormal for me. Apparently this is not uncommon for people to experience after taking inositol. So be warned before starting this supplement!

Great Product

Have been using this brand of inositol for a while now. Helps a lot with blood sugar regulation and is highly effective. No smell or taste. I add it to my coffee every day and it definitely helps with my energy level and metabolism of sugar. It dissolves quickly and easily. Highly recommend. Great amount of product for the price!

The only inositol I ever want to buy

I have PCOS and my doctor recommended I use a higher dose than is frequently given to women with PCOS (6g/day). This canister has enough servings that even at that dosage, I can stretch one canister for around 3 months.I haven’t really noticed any change in my sleep quality, but my periods are much more regular now than they had been in about two years. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all — I hardly notice it in my morning water; it just has a slightly sweet taste. Super easy to use (better than taking 12 caplets every morning!) and great value!

Easy does it

I started with just one scoop/day, which was fine. When I got to 4/day, I was hit with fatigue. My research indicates that if one eats low carb, as I do, you may not need as much, of any. I like the product — it is tasteless and dissolves well. I would recommend it if it is something you need.
