How are they packaged for shipping, discreetly?

They are discreet every time I’ve ordered them they have been in the white and blue amazon bags the ones with bubble wrap lining the insides of them and it completely hides the box there’s no way to see through it with our opening it but to be honest if your looking for a good syringe on amazon I’d go with any of the eazy touch syringes over these any day they are much higher quality than the brandzig syringes

Can the needle be removed?

No these are only single use and not removable

How do i order them, its not letting them be shipped to any location not even a Amazon location or locker?

Rather than ordering the u-100s, I recommend the u-40s. They will ship to your location. The only difference is how the measurements are marked. 100 units equals 40.
