Would Be Nice If It Didn't Rust
First time using the watch and watch stopped working, took the battery out and all inside was rusty. Don't quite understand why because it's suppose to work underwater. Spent to much money on this watch not to mention the first one was never delivered but I was told it was delivered. Only to receive it and it, use it and it's rusted. Not impressed.A very bad watch to purchase.I only gave a star cause I had to in order to submit a written review, it really deserves 0 stars.OKAY I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER AND I AM UNABLE TO REQUEST THAT MY WATCH BE FIXED UNDER WARRANTY ALL IT SAYS IS IT'S NO ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN BUT IN THE BOOK IT SAYS IT HAS A 2 YERA WARRANTY. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO SEAC AND THEY SAYING I HAVE TO DEAL WITH AMAZON AND AMAZON KEEPS SAYING NO REFUND. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE BEING DEALT WITH IN A PROPER MANNER, THIS WATCH COST 200 POUNDS AND 2 MONTHS LATER IT DOESN'T WORK THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT AMAZON AND SEAC ARE OF NO HELPABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT NOT 1 BUT BOTH COMPANIES ARE OF NO HELP.I WOULD LIKE MY WATCH FIXED OR MY MONEY BACK.

Useful Dive Computer
To be honest, this has been difficult to review due to lockdown restrictions but as soon as my partner saw this up for review, he got VERY excited about adding this to his diving collection. So, SEAC are a leading brand in scuba gear, and this computer is pretty cool for diving. First things first, if you're a novice like me, it's not a watch...it's a computer! It's actually designed to be used when scuba or freediving to monitor a variety of dive aspects including depth, surface type, decompression algorithms and dive times. It's easy to use and set up, has x3 modes - dive, gauge and freediving and is comfortable on my guys wrist. It comes with a USB for transfer of data to a laptop for dive details (you need to download software for this but again, it's easy to do and free!) It has a stopwatch (for timing dives etc), is a LED screen and has a backlight that can be adjusted depending on needs while in the water. The strap is robust and my guy says its extremely comfortable. It would be a bit big for me to wear if I'm honest, but is perfect size for my guys wrist. The battery is replaceable also so that's a bonus but don't forsee needing to do this anytime in near future. Overall, despite not being able to test on an actual dive yet, this computer seems to have everything you may want to monitor when diving or freediving and seems well made and robust enough for conditions when it in the water. My only complaint is the box it came in is quite flimsy cardboard....I'd personally have expected a better, sturdier box simply for storing, especially for the price but my partner wasn't that bothered by lack of decent box so I guess its down to personal preference 😂

You can be sure with SEAC that this is a great piece of diving equipment
Unfortunately plans to go abroad on holiday and get some dives in were scuppered due to the ongoing pandemic, so I haven't had chance to use this in a dive. However, I have had SEAC equipment before, and I have never been able to fault them. The first thing to note when wearing it is that the strap is comfortable and seems solidly designed and manufactured. Secondly, is that the screen is a really good size and it has a good backlight, so even in slightly murkier water the readings should be easy to see. The instructions on how to set up and operate are very straightforward (and I was pleasantly surprised that when turning it on, the date etc was already correct). My only slight issue with the dive computer is that it relies on a button battery. Given that is has USB connectivity to connect data to a computer via the app, I am surprised that it doesn't have a rechargeable battery. However, SEAC claims that the CR2450 battery is longlasting, so that remains to be seen. However, the lack of rechargeable battery is only a minor issue, and not one worthy of reducing the review to 4 stars. There are plenty of functions within the 3 different modes (scuba, freediving, and gauge) to provide you with plenty of data about your chosen activity, that can then be uploaded to your computer to keep a record of all your diving activities.Hopefully, it won't be too long before I get chance to test it out (although it's now looking like Spring 2021 at the earliest), and I will come back and update the review. In the meantime, I highly recommend this to you.

Fantastic diving aid.
This is a great little wrist computer, gives you all the information needed whilst freediving or scuba diving. It has a nice bright backlight so it's always easy to see, and looks super stylish on your wrist. I highly recommend this product.

Warning freedivers - cannot set depth alarms
I am dumbfounded as to how there can be an alarms feature - but I cannot set an alarm for a particular depth. This renders this watch useless to me as a freediver. It is such a simple addition for them to add, the watch has the alarms section (just on/off switches for particular types of ascension/descension information), the watch can sound an alarm, and the watch measures depth... unbelievable.Come on SEAC..........................

So far so good!
Only taken it on a couple dives but works great! Took me a bit to figure out navigation through the menus. But now it's second nature. Have not tried to use it with other gas mixes yet.
