Taste was not bad at all.. easy on the stomach so far.. love it

I've heard a lot about the benefits of burdock tea, so I decided to give it a try. The package arrived quickly, and the quality is great. It tastes like a nice herbal tea. I have it twice a day now and really enjoy it. I haven't noticed any major effects on my glucose levels yet, but I assume it takes time. Plus, with my hormones being all over the place, I’m sure I need more time to experience its full benefits. One small note: I wish the package were resealable, but it's not a big deal.
