I recently took my first plane trip after starting to use an injectable that needs to be kept cold. It's a pen type thing that has a fairly wide base, and some of the travel cases I looked at were not wide enough to accommodate it. This one worked fine - I was able to fit two of them in there along with alcohol pads etc. The freezer gel packs are very slim but one on each side worked just fine. I told TSA what it was and they had no problem with it. I arrived about 12 hours after I packed it and the gel packs were no longer frozen solid, but they were still cold. I also like that the interior pouch isn't permanently attached - this will make it more versatile and useful for transporting fragile things outside its main purpose.

Great product I was expecting a smaller case or a thinner case

I used this when hubby and I went on a cruise. It worked well to keep my liquid medication at the right temperature.

This is a very convenient size with a sturdy zipper and carry strap. Well insulated - stays cool for a full 8 hours.The inner compartments have numerous elasticized pockets, but occupy a LOT of space. It is cramped for a single insulin vial, two syringes, two alcohol pads, and a needle clipper. It's fine without cold packs, or, as I use it, with cool packs and items loose (no storage pockets).

This was a gift for a friend, and she loves it. It was perfect for her travels. Just what she needed.

This carrier is compact. It has room for 2 frozen packs. I'm not sure how long it will maintain the cold yet, but the case has room for syringes and alcohol wipes. It is easy to fit in most anywhere.

My son needs his medication kept in the fridge. We were going to Ireland and I bought this to have it stay cold for the 10.5 hour flight. It was warm when we arrived. Every few days we went from one hotel to another, so I used it to try to keep his medication cold for the couple of hours from point A to point B. Once again, it didn’t keep it cold at all. This resulted in his medication not being able to do it’s job, due to the temperature. I am very disappointed in this product and I do not recommend. I got it way before our trip and now it’s too late to get a refund.
