Cuts hair, is inexpensive. The carrying case is a nice touch, and the generous variety of guards and set of shears were an unexpected bonus. It does pretty well at cutting hair, and doesn't overheat in the time it takes to do a trim unlike my Andis. However, it is inexcusably, insanely loud due to sympathetic vibration of the plastic housing. You can control it by holding them together, but why should you have to? It would have been trivially easy for them to add some sort of sound damping material where the edges meet to prevent it.

So far its cut my hair and done so quicker than what i was using, is quieter and easier to clean afterwards. The attachments are a plus too.

Finally decided to buys some real clippers, so I could save money by not going to the beauty shop as often, for my short pixie cut. These clippers worked great for me, and I'm a beginner beginner lol. The instructions explained the process perfectly.

As a whole it's a fine tool, but it does seem to heat up a bit more than I like ( I have 3 haircuts to give). Also, it's a little louder than I prefer. Overall a whole lot better than the last clippers I purchased somewhere.
