They do the job once you get it on. The fact of having to push in and turn make it difficult for one person to do because the pin it self slide back. It really requires three hands.

CZC AUTO Hitch Receiver Pin Lock Trailer Receiver Lock with 5/8" Pin for Class III IV 2" worked right out of the box and its super nice to have multiple lock keyed alike.

Easy to lock and unlock. Works as described. I don’t hear any rattling, but I have a fill size truck so it’s away from the cab. If rattling occurs you could use rubber O rings to eliminate the space.
