Helpful Customer Service at Beach Camera
I had recently ordered a camera bundle from Beach Camera via Amazon.com. There were a couple of minor issues which were quickly rectified. I brought these issues up to the vendor via Amazon and they responded. Rizalyn assisted me via online messages and kept me informed on how the issues were being taken care of. She was not only helpful, but reassuring and kind with her words. They were not only helpful, the Camera bundle was a good price, I received the package the very next day, and the camera is a joy to use! Thank you Beach Camera.

Great kit and customer service from Beach Camera
I bought this kit because it was a better deal than buying the Z6ii camera body, FTZ adapter, and memory card separately, and it came with a few other items in addition to that. Having bought camera kits before I wasn’t expecting much from the other items, but the camera backpack is actually really nice and the tripod/grip is much heavier duty than I was expecting. Have not tried to download the software yet but I’m not expecting problems. I did have an issue where the memory card was missing from the original shipment but Beach Camera responded in hours (on a holiday weekend) and delivered a replacement within 4 days from my report of it being missing, in plenty of time for my honeymoon next week. I would happily buy from them again! The camera itself is pretty amazing, as an upgrade from a very old D100 SLR. Paired with a Nikkor 24-200 lens, the vibration reduction and camera usable iso range makes for amazing versatility. The autofocus is crisp and metering is great. There is a huge amount of customization possible in the camera, but nothing you need to do to get photos immediately. I’m looking forward to putting the camera through its paces.

Everything was as it stated.
I was excited to receive this camera, as I take pics for my sons high school football team. The first set came out excellent. I havent gotten to take any night pics yet, so Im curious to see how they turn out. The video is also excellent. I like being able to touch the screen to take pics as well..

Learning the Ropes.
I'm just learning the difference between Mirrorless and Mirrored digital cameras. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to charge the batteries. And I will need a block of time to read the manual and become familiar with this camera. However, this camera is light than my Nikon D90 and the autofocus should be better.

So far so good
I have not yet use the camera but everything else is as showed. The only difference is the mini lite. It is an internal battery USB C charger, the button is hard to press tho. Camera bag is think and sturdy. Tripod is great quality but be careful with the plate if dropped the plate and level tube will fall off

too much stuff in this package that most people dont need
so you wouldn't think getting "too many things" would be a problem. well they sent multiple of the same stuff, left out some very important things.. i guess i should elaborate1. you get 2 camera bags (2 different sizes) and inside each of those bags you get the exact same stuff. cleaning equipment, tripod, straps.. like yea cleaning your camera is important, but i dont need all this stuff at the very beginning.2. the photo of the product shows 2 different kinds of battery chargers. it showed up with the mh-25a which requires an extension cord to plug into the wall... they didnt send the cord. so i have 2 batteries (both sent at 1/3 life) and now have to go out and buy something to charge my camera3. the usb-c they sent is the wrong cable, it will not charge the camera when plugged into the computer, its only good for transferring photos.it would also be really nice if they offered this package slightly trimmed down, as i said i dont need all the cleaning kit stuff (at all as i already have them), i also didnt need the photo/video editing, camera bag, and it would of been nice if they had sold it with the new kind of memroy instead of the sdwill update this once i actually get to use my camera after finding the cable (really dont want to buy from amazon again after this)

Not working batter and missing items
Waiting for them to get it picked up because UPS is not exactly close to us. They asked for photos to show the damages, but the damages are not visible. One, the Nikon battery was not charging. I charged it immediately after I received it, camera won’t turn on while charging, so I left it for a few hours while we go do errands and have dinner with family. Still wasn’t charged when I got home. Tried the back up (off brand) charger and it worked, but it’s odd that the Nikon battery wasn’t working. Two, they did not include the cable for the battery charger, so I couldn’t even try to charge the battery that way; again, no photo since it doesn’t exist. Three, they sent a backpack instead of the regular camera bag that’s on the description and picture of my order. Now I don’t even trust the camera to be brand new. Will return and get it from Nikon website/Best Buy instead.
