Dr. Peter L. has put essence of his entire experience in this book. Every line of this book is a great treasure. It is his main study of more than 4 decades. Some people want to get help but they don’t trust in psychotherapy, fortunately this is a great alternative. Great respect for Dr. Peter Levine’s work.
