Marriage's Strong Organic Wholemeal Bread flour 1kg - Pack of 2

Tastes great and helped make my bread rise. For some reason the American wholemeal flour is not defined as "strong" so doesn't work as well in bread, you have to introduce extra gluten. The English strong flour seems to work without the addition of gluten. Yummy.
