I carry a tube of tinted lip balm in my pocket and use it several times a day. I bought one of these when I couldn't find my beloved Burt's Bees red dahlia tinted lip balm. First positive: it it has more color than the Burt's Bees, which I liked. It's not a lipstick, but definitely has some color to it. Second, it smells like raspberries, which is nice. Third: it TASTES like raspberries, which is really nice. Fourth: it moisturizes just as well (or maybe even better) than the Burt's Bees. Just one problem...every tube I've used (3 so far) has tiny random chunks that are quite rough, and a bit painful when they get dragged over the lips. They're probably minerals that didn't get ground finely enough. I just dig them out and carry on, but it would be great if these sharp little chunks could be eliminated from the product.

I had run out of my regular tinted hemp lip balm and was desperate for a quick replacement (I can't stand to have dry lips). Although it was from Chapstick, the idea of moisture caught my attention and I liked the color (Hello Bordeaux). I was delighted at the shade (it says it enhances your natural lip color), feel and moisturization, and noticed the tube lasted a long time. And all for a reasonable cost! Even though this is by Chapstick, it's not heavy or sticky at all. It's light and moist but with a good amount of color and a pleasant fragrance and taste.
