Is it tannig gives color?

This lotion is a tanning lotion. It is only a SPF 4 so if you do not already have a base tan it does not do a lot of protection against burning. If you have a base tan as I do it helps to further your tan. I do not know what you mean " tanning gives color". This is the only lotion I like but I already have a tan as I live in Florida. It is not a lotion that automatically tans you, self tanning lotion.

Does this leave a sticky white residue like a sunscreen

No, and I LOVE that it doesn't even smell like sunscreen (or anything, really). Really really like this product.

What is the expiration date

If you have purchased your sun care lotion in 2019, the expiration year should be 2021. The expiration date should be near the barcode for 6-oz lotion sun screens.

Does it contain mineral oil?

The only sunscreen I need for tanning

The formula blocks sufficient amount of UVB while let all UVA go through. Best for tanning while keeps skin from burning.My routine is apply it and lie under sun for about 1 hour. UVI 6-10 works the best.But if you want sunbathe for a long time, you need a higher SPF.

Perfect SPF 4 lotion

This is the 1st time I have bought this brand & I love it. As others have said SPF4 is not available in stores or at least not easily found. This lotion provided just enough SPF so that I can get nice color , the scent is watermelon like & very light not overpowering at all I would 100% recommend this tanning lotion.
