I’ve been using Muscle Feast Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin for my intra-workout carbs exactly the way and it’s become one of the most reliable parts of my training nutrition. HBCD is unbelievably easy on the stomach. No bloat, no fullness, no slowdown, and it gives you that smooth, steady energy that just makes your whole session feel better. The best way to describe it is like throwing a log on the fire. Instead of dumping lighter fluid on a flame (fast spike, fast crash), HBCD gives you a clean, slow-burning fuel source. It keeps the fire going strong the entire workout, without the ups and downs you get from cheap carbs. My pumps stay fuller, my sets stay stronger, and I recover faster between them. To start I have been regularly doing bodybuilding/powerlifting type workouts for the last 10 years. I have been using a carb in my pre and intra workout for years now and have always been using either dextrose or maltodextrin. I have been eyeing this carb for a while but had never pulled the trigger on it due to the price. After doing some research in muscle feast and curiosity on this carb mounting I decided to try it. I have used it now in around 6 different workouts been doing a scoop with my preworkout 10 min before and then a scoop with some EAAs that I drink towards the end of my workout. And boy does this stuff work. It works so well that I dont feel like I am getting as good of a workout. To elaborate I have come accustom to a certain level of soreness in my muscles after a heavy workout and since taking this either there is no soreness or it is drastically reduced. I cant wait to see how this pans out over time as I feel I am able to push myself even harder and recover that much faster. Mix-ability: This stuff mixes great it is a super fine aerated powder, other carbs I have used seem so dense where this one seems fluffy like a cloud. Flavor: Its flavorless and I dont notice anything when mixed with the other flavored sups. I have yet to try it plain with some water sure there is some residual taste but it is mild and I have not noticed it overpowering anything. Value: The amount for the price and quality is unmatched, this stuff is more of high end supplement and so you dont find it everywhere but Muscle Feast has delivered quality at an affordable price great value. Overall I cant speak highly enough about this phenomenal carb if you have been thinking about it do it. If you have never used a carb in pre or intra workouts try it, game changer for growth, strength, and recovery. I got this for my teenage son that plays two sports and was always tired. This has given him more energy and endurance. It mixes easily.

No taste, not a sweetener, with plenty of energy. Managed to pull off 130 miles on a stationary with this mixed into fruit juices. Didn't experience any digestive issues during or after workout. Was still on pace when my groin muscles got too sore to continue.
