These are great! They stay in place and don’t roll when in use. Like the option of 3 different sizes. Good quality, well made bands.

These are the best bands I've ever used. They don't bunch up like the pure rubber ones. They have enough grip on the inside to stay put while you're using them. Highly recommend.

Useful tools, seem sturdy

I like the different levels of resistance that these bands offer. I'll start out on the low one because I'm just starting to get myself in better shape. I will be using these in conjunction with the Bosu ball. That should enhance my workout since I'll be using more of my core than I would if I didn't use these bands.I'll be able to tell if I'm ready to move up to a stiffer band and be able to easier monitor my progress if any.

theses are awesome band! unlike others, they to not slip or roll up in use. i will never use anything else with my clients or for myself.

I've been going to physical therapy on and off for years as various issues come and go. I've always been given exercises I just can't do becase the thin stretchy straps cut into the veins in my legs. Finally last year a physical therapist used these, and I bought two sets for home (one for each floor). They are amazing. Comfortable. No pain. I do my band exercises all the time now.

I love this band; it’s great quality. What I especially appreciate is that it doesn’t cause any irritation when used on bare skin during workouts. I also really like the colors and the non-slip rubber lining that keeps it in place. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase.
