Very easy to see #'s an letters. It's a plug in so i unplug when not useing it.3 light settings.Came with alot of extras, wax, storage box,pens,ruler. 1 downfall, plug in is bottom of board where it sits on table, so keep that corner off to side of table otherwise it will break off.( My 2nd.one because of this).Lesson learned!!

I purchased this back in January of this year to help with my diamond art. I like that you can choose the brightness level and the size allows to work on different size projects with some adjustment. However, after 2 or so months of use I noticed that the USB connection into the board was becoming loose, and at times, the light wouldn't turn on. I contacted ArtDot with the issue hoping to find a possible fix. In the end they sent me a new board which I am most grateful for. So giant thumbs up and 5 stars for their customer service. A most satisfied customer

The media could not be loaded. Love love love it! Great quality! 3 different light settings! I worked on it for 8hrs and it bother me at all! The stand is sturdy!

I purchased the artdot 2 lightboxon April 18, 2024 and it is not working already. I have barely used it and it hasn't been moved or handled in a manner to cause it to malfunction. When I turn it on now it only lights up to one level instead of the three levels. For the price paid I would expect much better quality and a product that would last for years. I am going to ask for a replacement and depending on what and how this matter is handled will affect how I feel about this company and their products. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. They wanted a video showing it was broken so they could troubleshoot what was wrong. I told them it will not turn on at all so there is nothing to troubleshoot. They still insisted on a video. I recorded a video showing me pushing the button with the usb cable and nothing happening but their email wouldn’t accept as the file size was too big. I reduced the file size and it still wouldn’t send. Customer service was not helpful at all and I am very disappointed with this company and will stay away from their products. A lot of money spent on an item that only worked about one month

Edit: After contacting the company, my light board is being replaced. Customer service was very nice and tried hard to correct the situation. In the end, they offered to send me a new board.I really liked this light board when it was working. It was big enough for my diamond painting canvases, bright enough to make it easier to see. BUT, if I put the board the right way, with the ArtDot name at the bottom, my arm was constantly hitting the On/Off switch, so I turned it upside down. No problem. But after about 2 months, the light switch mechanism started to lift from the board. Still, no problem. Today when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. One of the tiny little wires has come loose from the switch mechanism. So, I spent $50+ to use this board for 4 months. Very disappointed.

I had to return the fire gone I got since it was turning off by itself. I had contacted the seller and they worked with me on getting a replacement one and so far it is working wonderfuly. I like the size and brightness. I don’t have to use reading glasses to see the numbers.

Pros - adjustable lighting useful for low-level lighting or bright lightshaving the backlight makes painting faster and dots easier to place on the desired location the first time without having to slide it aroundhaving board angled on easel makes it easier to place dots accuratelyusing large clips to hold project in place keeps from losing your placeCons - A2 size is bulky when trying to transport and doesn't sit well on the short end using the adjustable easelPower/light level changer is so sensitive it is easy to hit and slows down the work while adjusting again - have used upside down to prevent hitting it but the reinforcement at the bottom provides more stability and worry using it upside down and not level will stress the board and eventually crack/break it

This is the first light board I have ever had. It is thin. The charging inlit on the board feels cheap, not very secure, but for the reasonable price that does not bother me to much! I love the 3 level brightness, and the stand it comes with, makes doing my diamond art much easier! As for the accessories it comes with, AMAZING! I was surprised the diamond tray is HUGE. The 56 diamond container is awesome! I love how it is color coated and all contained together in one convenient box. Overall, I am satisfied.
