Polyvagal Exercises for Safety and Connection: 50 Client-Centered Practices

Interesting but too many exercises
It's an interesting read, but quickly it starts providing lists and lists of "tools" to help a person identify their polyvagal state. The sheer number of methods and tools are overwhelming and as someone who experiences severe anxiety, I haven't found it of much use.Perhaps it's better for a therapist, who sees lots of clients and needs a diverse set of tools, depending on each client.

Very clear explanations of each process, this is my second copy.... and 3 people l loaned it to have also purchased it afterwards. Great for therapists, counsellors, or anyone needing practical steps to calm the nervous system and reconnect with themselves.
