Looks extremely well made.
Beautifully presented. Looks superb and is very functional. Sliced fresh bread thinly with ease. Yet to try on anything else. Expensive buts looks and performs well. A really professional piece of kitchen equipment.

nice quality look and feel
This was my 1st Dalstrong knife and I'm impressed. It's an unusual shape at the grip and hilt, but I find it's very comfortable for slicing both loaves of bread and also tomatoes - I'm sure many other uses will come to light in time too. I was so impressed, because after seeing how beautifully and carefully packaged and presented this knife was, it dawned on me that it was from Dalstrong's lower end range (in terms of price). This purchase spurred me to try some of the Shogun Series knives too (awesome by the way, but a big step up in price), however, I can't believe there are many home cooks out there who would not be delighted with the quality look and feel of the Gladiator Series knives! I am.

Ergonomics and top quality!
Wowww impressive! To be honest I wasn’t expecting that much, but after digging a bit online was clear to me that I had to try. Years looking for a reliable top series knife. I’m much impressed with the quality and the fine/smooth cut the blade offers! Definitely buying others from Dalstrong.
