Polycom Vvx 150 2-Line Biz-IP Phone

These phones are based on the Canadian telephone system, which is different to the UK one, and not really compatible. It would probably work with an Apple-Mac operating system, but not a Microsoft operating system. I use a Linux operating system, so I am going to gift the phone to my brother, who uses the Apple-mac OS, and hope it works!

This phone can change the software for use on G-Suite voice. No problems. I don't remember seeing this in the description, but this phone does not come with a power supply. You need to determine if the network you plug the phone into has Power over ethernet. Otherwise, you'll need to buy a ~$18 power supply.

This does not come with a power supply. That fact is not disclosed anywhere in the description. When used with g-suite, there is no way to program soft keys, therefore, you cannot set up speed dial, line keys, etc.

Quick. Easy. Note to others who use Poly VVX unlike the 300 series the port from your switch is on the left vs in the center. I made that mistake when trying to provision these.

Google Voice for G Suite is compatible with Polycom VVX x50 Obi Edition phones. This is not the Obi Edition, but easily and quickly updates to the Obi Edition software, and is otherwise the same phone.
