What colors come in the assortment?

The ink colors are 3 black, 1 purple, 1 orange, 1 green, 1 red and 1 blue. Hope this helps you choose. My absolute favorite is the green because it is so different than anyone else uses.

Are there refills for the colored pens?

No not that I know of. I don't think they can be refilled. I love these pens.

Do they bleed through paper?

It depends on the paper actually and how long you leave the pen in one place. I.E. Yellow pad paper will tend to bleed if you if you are not careful as opposed to regular white pad paper. Overall I really like these pens.
