Does it include zippos lifetime warranty?

Hello. The insert has a 2 year warranty. They are manufactured in China by Zippo's high quality specifications.

With the lid open, and torch not being used, will the butane leak out?

No. The butane only turns on when the button is pushed, so there is no leakage when the lid is closed or open for that matter.

Has anyone else bought this insert for a thyrm case? my case won't close with the single flame insert. buyers beware!

The Zippo butane lighter inserts are manufactured to fit in genuine Zippo windproof lighter cases.

My zippo is filled with fluid and will not light unless I use another flame to light it. Thoughts?

We recommend using Zippo or Ronson butane fuel for optimal performance of the butane insert. Also, please try turning the adjustment flame at the bottom of the insert. Since the insert is brand new, it may just need to be adjusted from the original setting.

Perfect upgrade

Been a Zippo user for 25 years and I can comfortably say this is the best upgrade to date. I got the single flame butane insert, and it fits perfectly. It lights a highly effective flame, great for outdoor/windy days, and very easy to refill. I highly recommend this product!

Looks nice but not practical

As other few reviews here, it does not hold gas enough, i had to return it as its not useful for me to keep filling it twice a day with gas, if it was holding the gas for couple of days at least I would have kept it

Una gioia

Ottimo per sostituire la benzina col il gas, ho anche il doppia torcia da quasi un anno e mai dato problemi, non teme il vento. Importante prima di effettuare le ricariche di gas, di vuotare completamente il serbatoio da aria residua, premendo la valvola di riempimento, ma questo vale per tutti gli accendini a gas "piezo jet". Va regolato al minimo senno è un cannello. Anche se fatto fare in Cina la qualità è Zippo. Unico avvertimento, il serbatoio è piccolo e lui beve gas come fosse sempre in festa, 40/50 accensioni è la media, quindi tenetevi la bomboletta del gas a portata di mano se siete tabagisti professionisti.
