I do really like the feel and fit of these over the calf socks! But just a few things to note, make sure you don't have any rough skin on your fingers when putting these on it will snag them, I just put a little lotion on before I put them on and have no problems. Also the seem in the roe is a bit uncomfortable but it is tolerable

I bought them specific for cold weather. Work excellent. I also wore a pair last weekend to my daughter’s wedding (just those socks) and they worked great. Just keep in mind they are largely transparent. But as an insulation layer for the cold weather we are having they work perfectly.
