I dried these for half an hour on casual heat setting. For some reason, they shrunk to 20” x 34”. I wanted to use these as bath towels, but now they are too small for that and too long for a hand towel. They are too small to wrap my hair in as well.I do love the quality and bought three of the bath towels. They didn’t shrink as much. I wish the bath towels were just a little smaller. Note that the bath towels are too big and unwieldly to use as hair towels, but they wrap nicely around the body.Overall, their cotton is very high quality. Just wish the sizing was better for my use.

The color is as pictured and they are definitely waffle-style fabric. They’re not as absorbent as hoped, and the color bleeds A LOT the first couple of washings, even with a color catcher sheet and cold water. Definitely wash alone at least twice!The washcloth is somewhat larger than average, but the regular bath towel is tiny. It’s more like a large hand towel. Good for a hair turban but not a whole adult body!

This towel is the perfect size for a hair towel, and it's so absorbent. The waffle weave allows it to dry fast, which is terrific for us as full-time RVers. We don't have time to wait for a big thick towel to dry, and don't want to waste our energy in the dryer either. It's exactly what I was looking for.

These waffle weave towels are the best for my family. We like them because the are light weight yet absorbent. With arthritic hands, using this towel is easy, especially with the bath sheet size. Laundering these towels is easy. They take up less space in the linen closet due to their weight and texture.We have Gilden waffle weave towels in several different sizes. We love them.

We have purchased the bath sheets and wash clothes as well, and they are the best. Thin, yet very absorbent and dries very quickly. They are soft and enjoyable to use. Once we received the first order, we bought all the sizes we used and will not return to traditional towels.

I tried this waffle-weave towel after reading reviews that these dry quickly and therefore perform better than thicker, terry towels in areas with little ventilation. I am not finding that this towel dries quickly enough. I used it as a hand towel in the kitchen and it is still damp the next morning. After 3 days it began to smell bad. (I know: I should put out a clean towel daily. But I was trying to cut down on laundry.) We don't use air conditioning so our house is quite humid. So not what I needed for my high-humidity, cool climate. Serviceable as a hand towel otherwise.

I bought two Gilden Tree hand towels on 27 October 2019. One of the towels already has TWO small holes in it which I just noticed this evening. It lasted less than two-and-a-half months, which is terrible quality for the price. It wasn't snagged or caught on any object; but rather flawed or low quality material. Other features of the towels such as absorbency are fine.

Gilden Tree Premium Waffle Weave Hand Towel, OVERPRICED and not much for your money... I won’t be buying these again!
