Absolutely love! So affordable and flawless. Very easy to put together; took about 10 minutes, maybe? Doesn't slid when I step on or off, very sturdy. Great product. My trainer said she's actually going to buy one herself!

Sturdy, Easy to Assemble, not as long as described.
Easy to assemble, and quite sturdy. Only issue for me is that it is 42" in length, not 46.5" as set forth in the description. Just long enough, but I was hoping for that additional length.

Sturdy and Affordable
This is a great product for the money and for what I will be using it for; mainly sitting for dumbell curls and skull crushers. I won't be using it for bench pressing as I have a home gym.Assembly took about 20 minutes, and that was taking my time to really tighten everything. Get a "fat" Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench drill bit.I am 5'9" and 190 lbs. This is the perfect sitting height for me for curls and forearm curls over my knee. I don't know why others said this wasn't sturdy, maybe their bottom assembly was different than mine, and/or they didn't tighten the bolts properly? It feels quite rigid to me.Either way, I am very satisfied with this affordable and sturdy little bench.

Box looked like it had been opened. The seat cushion was scratched and one of the screws was not like the others
