Beyond 5 Stars – Rollo Customer Service Is in a League of Its Own
I was already impressed with the Rollo printer, but the customer service completely blew me away. I called to ask about drivers and setup help, but there was no answer, so I hung up and started figuring it out myself. Not long after, they called me back. Just from my number showing up on their system. No voicemail, no ticket, no follow-up request—just real initiative. Jay from Rollo reached out, walked me through the driver installation and setup remotely, answered every technical question I had, and even took the time to explain their discounted UPS and USPS shipping options, even though I’m in Canada. It was hands-down one of the most seamless and human customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
