Is this fragrance free?

Yes. There is a slight medicinal smell that goes away quickly but it's not a fragrance

can i use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% after using derma roller?

Wouldn't recommend that. Takes the skin awhile to get used to the benzoyl peroxide and so it's sensitive at first. You could cause more damage than good.
