This is very simple and reliable. I tried the cheap knockoffs first. Should have known better! 🤣

Most range finders are geared toward ball golf and only show meters or yards. This one shows feet or meters which is great for disc golf. It auto-calculates elevation by degrees only.

Have been using it for about 2 weeks. It really does make it easier to caboose the correct disc for distance. Also really nice to know your distance on a longer putt. Easy to use. If you take this sport serious this is a must have. Imo UPDATE: Im not happy. They just came out with a new model that accounts for incline/decline for same price! Now Im stuck with this one that measures great minus (arc).

I finally caved in and bought this for Disc Golf after multiple advertisements on Jomez, just wanted to write a quick review to anyone who might be on the fence with some Pro / Con / Suggestions for Bushnell for later versions of this product. Pro's Weight, it's very light 180G I believe Compact, fits nicely in my small drink holder in my bag Easy to use once set up Fun for measuring new players shots Good for judging distance for more experienced players. Con's When I first started using it I couldn't figure out how to change the setting to FT Seemed like after leaving it ideal it for some reason would revert back to SETUP mode for no reason (randomly stopped the last few times) Battery is a weird Size and no idea where to get a replacement / charger for it Ideas for Bushnell Instead of having everything be set up with 1 button, why not have a separate button to switch between Feet / Meter / Yards Use a more standard size batter, or built in battery to allow charging via USB-C or something.

Great value for the price. Great battery and mine has sat in the Texas heat inside the car in August and still works flawlessly.

Watching youtube tourney coverage, Paul Ulibarri wore me down...Got this and really enjoy using it. It's a little sensitive and so I always take a few quick readings. If you "miss" basket or your target (tree, etc.) you'll get surprising reading. I like the elevation it shows too, though that it often easy to gauge just by looking. A decent handheld 8X optical aid to look at birds (or a tall pine looking for that errant throw). Has probably saved me a few throws already. Nice to know distance of a "fairway ace" without walking it off!

my husband loves this device. He is able to put it on his golf cart because it’s magnetized some of the other ones we looked at they were only in yards. This one shows it in feet

I’m a daily disc golfer and although not a professional, I put a lot of time and energy into the sport and into becoming a better player. As time has gone on, the distance I can reach with each type of disc has changed. “Should I throw my mid-range or my putter for this shot”- and without knowing the exact distance, I may under or over estimate the distance it actually is which completely changes my disc choice. The Range finder is light, easy to use, and accurate! It has completely changed the way I play a course. It definitely gives me an advantage to know exactly how far my shots can go and how far the basket is. Don’t get me wrong, this range finder hasn’t suddenly made me a better player, it just makes me a more knowledgeable player!

this item only measures in metres and feet so not suitable for UK/US/European golf. Description not clear and it was bought as a gift. Used for the first time after the return window has lapsed so left with a worthless gift. Very disappointed

Not accurate. Keeps giving different distances.
