It is 3.3mm and not 4.

It may be my fault. I read the information, in particular, quote: "...With no melting point, cutting through our acrylic boards with a laser, tablesaw, jigsaw, drill, router, or bandsaw is quick and easy. The cell cast version offers clean cut edges without burrs..."It appears to have a LOW melting point rather than "no melting point". I used it with a 60 degree "V" bit running at 8000, 12000, 16000 rpms and at different feed rates to engrave patterns in the acrylic sheet. I brushed the bit while it was running but every time it slowed to make a short cut the acrylic melted and formed a small bead on the tip of the bit. With that bit of plastic on the bit each cut was outlined by a slight depression the size of the bead. It did not look good.I then switched to other acrylic I had been using and with the same bit and 12000 rpm it worked as it should have.So, wrong acrylic for CNC routing. I am sure it is good for other stuff, just not for router engraving.

Seems very nice however the corners are NOT rounded as the picture indicates.

Thickness is not 8 mm but 6.8 mm.

I ordered 2 of these sheets. They are amazingly clear. Just as clear as glass. I expected some haziness because a lot of times that’s what you get with plexi-glass. Not with this stuff. Great product.
