Perfect for that chambered Glock in the house
Available for years, I always overlooked this accessory as not needed. Its a Glock! But, as the decades roll by I see the importance of a quick release safety so that I don't accidentally "light one off" when picking it up.The Saf-T-Block works PERFECTLY! The one I received didn't even need adjustment for my G23SF. Press. FLING... It goes flying out. Highly recommended for that chambered Glock laying around. Perfect for the person who bleeds Glock Perfection.*If you're in the not chambered until needed camp; do a little research on "short stroking" while chambering under stress.

Surprised with this simple device
I purchased this not expecting to actually use it. However, with a good amount of training/practice I found that it doesn't seriously impact my draw and first shot on target. Make no mistake it is slower. But sometimes I wear leather (Galco) instead of kydex and I'm willing to forgo a few tenths of a second for the added safety. As always, you should seek out professional training and test this device out thoroughly before deciding to use it.

Didn’t work for my needs
I was really excited about this safety block. It popped right in and looks great. It’s pops out very naturally. Problem is it doesn’t worth with my Galco Miami shoulder holder. When holstering, it pops out and won’t stay in. So it sadly won’t work for my needs. Can’t see it working with most holsters that cover the trigger. I suppose it could be used without a holster, say in a backpack, but the block could easily get bumped out, giving a false sense of safety. Bummer. Returned it, waiting to see what the “between 10-50% restocking fee” will be.

Does require tightening
I didn't grow up with Glocks, guns with double action only, or guns without external safeties, so this was one of the first things I bought to go along with my new Glock to keep me from doing something stupid (though I do know how to handle a gun properly and safely, and anyone else owning/operating any type of gun, or other projectile like device, should too. But accidents do happen and people forget things all too easily). With a little tightening, this works wonderfully. It slides and locks into place securely, and I've tightened it enough so that it doesn't simply just fall out of place when moving the gun and won't accidentally be pushed out of place without a conscious thought to do so (note, if it doesn't take a conscious thought to do so, then it needs to be tightened even more). There is a sweet spot between it not coming out when you don't want it to and it not coming out when you do want it to, so you'll have to play around to find that and determine how much force you want to apply to be able to remove it before being ready to shoot. When secured in place, the trigger safety does move but the trigger itself will not.I do highly recommend this for first time Glock buyers like myself, or anyone who wants an added safety.P.S.If you buy a Black Hawk Serpa holster for your Glock, this will fall out when you draw your gun. I haven't tested it extensively because I don't like the idea of it falling out while drawing without me purposfully pushing it out, so be warned. My biggest fear because of that would be it jamming the gun into the holster and preventing you from drawing. I'd recommend a leather (or other soft material) holster if that's what you want to use this for.

Nice trigger block for safety
I was so glad to find these since I have a glock that does not have a safety, which has always kind of bothered me. I feel much better now having one of these on it. It can be used as an additional safeguard for any gun even if there is a safety. It pops in and out quick and easy, and is adjustable with a small allen wrench for a good fit. You can even put a small padlock on it for even more security.

Saf-T-Block review
This safety device is easy to use, stays in place and will still allow you to use most holsters. I've read reviews from supposed experts who state that this item isn't necessary but I disagree. The Glock trigger safety design is such that clothing or any other item can catch and engage the trigger safety inadvertently especially while holstering or carrying concealed with some minimalist holsters. This device ensures that I can carry safely without the worry of an unintended discharge. If the need arises I can quickly remove the safety device easily even under stress. When carrying in the appendix carry position while sitting my Glock points directly at my femoral artery. That's a really bad area for an unintended discharge. This device ensures that if by some set of strange circumstances the trigger safety should be inadvertently engaged then I'll still be safe. My life is definitely worth more than the small amount that this device costs.

Works as advertised... overpriced.
Cleaver little manual safety device for my Glock 21. One star off because it's overpriced by far. Tip: I used a small nail that I cut in two to slide into the hole that is for a lock (it would have to be a mighty small lock to fit into that tiny hole). I turn the Glock upside down and the nail falls out; and then I pop the trigger block out as pictured on the Web page. Very simple and effective device.

Great safety item for Glock
Finally a safety that works when I carry with one in the chamber. Just takes a finger tip to bump it out of the way and ready to go. The glock is difficult to fire accidentally, but better safe than sorry! I would recommend this product to anyone that carries.
