If your Norstar system has an Analog SLT (Single Line Telephone) port, then yes.

I bought a used one without an adapter. What's voltage and amps required?

Look at the label on the bottom of the phone...it should advise of the volts and amps. For example, 12-14V .2-.5 Amps. Find a power adapter with a matching plug tip that matches the voltage and amps. You may look online or even Beast Buy for a universal adapter.

Is there a possibility to add extra wireless microphones?

No. I don't see that as an option. I must say this phone works very well. We had so mic trouble with Polycom in this narrow conference room even with the extended Mics. This phone works just fine.

How many lines can plug into this at the same time?
