Works natively with MS Flight Sim Steam. I did not have to set it up at all. I just plugged it in and it works. All the switches and gear down, off and running immediately. Nice realistic lights pattern when you put the gear down.

Makes a great addition to my home cockpit set up. It’s really nice and satisfying to control these basic aircraft function through the flip of a button rather than search for a keyboard button. Works well out of the box in MSFS.
