Is it the right module for my iMac 2019?

I bought 2 of this memory modules for my iMac 27" 2019 3,7 GHz core i5. I ordered these modules since manufacturer and reference were the same as the 2 original 4 Go modules shipped with computer. See Apple > About this Mac > Memory to check which kind of memory you already own. I now run a 16 Go iMac under Mojave and the System Monitor App shows it's the correct RAM size in this context.

I have a hp all in one desk top computer with 4gb sk hynix 2666mhz memory. what memory do i need to buy to replace this and upgrade my speed?

Make it's the right one..the more you increase the memory..but. also check your hard drive for space. Go to HP web site on BOIS up grade up date

On a laptop with two RAM slots, how do you differentiate the right-facing stick vs the left-facing stick?

These will fit only one way into the RAM slots. Typically there is no right or left facing sticks. The notch on the card where the contacts will prevent you from inserting the RAM the wrong way. BOTH installs the same "face"

I had a typo in my previous question. i mean to say my dell inspiron came with ddr3, can i use this ddr4 to replace?

DDR3 goes with DDR3 laptop. Cannot change to DDR4. It won’t fit.
