Best one out there
The only.bench knife I use in my micro bakery. Threw out the fancy one (b&t). This one fits the hand perfectly, and is the right amount of sharp.

Solid, well-built
Solid and well-built scrapers. Good steel, straight edge. Hefty rubber (not cheap plastic) handles. Great price. Will update in due course with how they hold up. So far Iโm cautiously impressed.

Cannot live without it!!
This product is fantastic. It makes it so easy to pick up the chopped or diced ingredients when cooking. I used to use my knife which is not the best, this product saves me time and collects the ingredients in one swipe. Definitely a time saver. Easy to use and clean is a breeze.
