As a trainee coach, I’ve found the GROW MBM cards to be a really helpful resource. They’re easy to use, great quality, and provide clear, effective prompts that support structured conversations. A great tool for building confidence and staying focused during sessions. Highly recommend for anyone starting out in coaching!

The media could not be loaded. These are a perfect addition to an existing toolkit if you’re using coaching within your organisation. I have used these in a variety of ways - from 1:1 coaching conversations where they can either serve as a handy reference pack, to ensure your questions are as insightful as possible or to let the coachee use them and choose questions they want to answer. This is a really helpful activity as you can then explore the reasons behind the choices made.I facilitate a lot of workshops and they’re a handy starter activity to get conversations going, as well as a handy plenary at the end. Highly recommend.

As a new coach in training, I have found the MBM G.R.O.W coaching cards to be incredibly helpful and insightful. I have found these cards to be excellent tool to use with clients who have a preference for kinaesthetic thinking. That's not my thinking style but as a coach, using these cards made me slow down my pace as well, with quite amazing results. Definitely recommend.

I have just started coaching clients and have found the GROW coaching cards really useful. I set up an activity where my client could select the questions they wanted to answer and we had a discussion about the questions and about why the client wanted to avoid other questions, etc. It made the session interactive and allowed me as a beginner coach to be able to progress through the GROW process at ease. There are also lots of useful tips included amongst the cards. A good investment!

For less than £20 these cards offer good value for NLP practitioners. My set came in a plain box that ripped when I first opened them - however this might be a because they are a sample rather than a finished product. Just take care when you open them, in case this is the way in which they are presented.There are a handful of advertisement cards (I counted 15 that I threw away) but most the cards are part of the pack. They are well finished with a glossy coating, such as that you’d expect from quality playing cards.I’m not sure how useful the prompts actually are as playing cards, and how they are better than just having a crib sheet on A4 paper. This is particularly true as NLP is conversational and the questions would be woven through that conversation - you wouldn’t pick out a card and randomly ask it.I just don’t think cards is the best way of presenting this information.

These are a must if you are in a L&D role. Even if you are not that kind of role these are great for day to day coaching and would recommend to everyone!
