So surprised by how well this works! Came in earlier than expected and the instructions made it super easy to use. Very happy!

It says a year warranty but when I tried to return Amazon said the return date was Jan. I bought this product in December so I have had it for 3 months and the mental that connect the glass rod to the machine broke off in the machine and now it no longer works.

First time everything was good, I really like what it did with my skin. But after 2 weeks it is started to work much worse. Intensity of the glow became barely noticeable.I touched the electrodes to metal object (as it is mentioned in instruction to activate the electrodes) but nothing change. I am very sad... Overall rating minus 10.

النتيجه حلوه بس راس اللسان توقف عن العمل بعد اسبوع والمشروم احسه ضعف و الروس لازم تنظغط بقوه

I like the device but to put the wand inside was tough. I was afraid to push so they don’t break also the power was working at the max as the wand wasn’t going all the way in which can cause dryness.
